First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this 訂房網站 and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,

The hotel was overall good for the price. The room was clean but a bit small. Location is great and staff were friendly, though service could be faster. Breakfast was okay but could be improved. Overall, a decent stay.

원래 페트라투어를 다녀오기 위해 잠만 잘 생각으로 예약했는데... 페리사의 사정으로 투어 연기... 어쩔수없이 숙소에서 조금 머물렀는데 가격읏 저렴하나... 시설이나 청소상태가 너무 아쉬웠음

Этот отель бронировали для мамы. Мы с ней отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз. Ей очень понравилось. Отель находится прямо на берегу моря, до пляжа неспешным шагом идти 2 минуты. Отличное расположение, чистейшее море, номера просторные, кормили тоже хорошо. Большое спасибо Мохамеду на ресепшен! Он маме дал отличный номер! Если отдыхать в бухте Наама Бэй, то этот отель для нас оптимальный выбор. Обязательно вернемся снова!

The location of the hotel is good, the linens are bad, maintenance is non-existent and the furniture is very old, in general, I may return to the hotel again for its location only.
